Assisted Listening Devices

Assisted Listening Devices are available from any of the Guest Relations desks. A major credit card or a driver license is required for check out. You may retrieve identification when the unit is returned. To reserve a unit in advance please call the Accessibility Coordinator at (317) 917-2734.

ATM Machines

Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) are located in the Clarian Health Entry Pavilion (next to the Box Office) on the Main Concourse of Conseco Fieldhouse at Section 19 and on the Balcony Level at Section 211.

Braille and Large Print Information

Braille information signage is located throughout Conseco Fieldhouse. Braille and large print menus are also available upon request.

Drinking Fountains

Drinking fountains throughout the Fieldhouse are accessible to those with disabilities. Most drinking fountains are located near or adjacent to restrooms.

Disability Drop-off Point

The disability drop-off point is on Conseco Court. This is located extremely north of the building, behind the Conseco Fieldhouse Box Office. It is located on Conseco Court, a one-way street going east. Enter Conseco Court off of Pennsylvania Street.

Elevators

Public elevators make all levels of the Fieldhouse accessible to the disabled. They are located at the north end of the building.

Escalators

Escalators for general ticketing are located off the Main Concourse and Balcony Level on the Delaware and Pennsylvania Street sides of the Fieldhouse. There is also an escalator from the Virginia Ave. Parking Garage bridge to the Clarian Health Entry Pavilion.

First Aid Assistance

First aid assistance is available at First Aid Offices located on the Event Level near Section 3, Main Concourse near Section 7 and the Balcony Level near Section 204.

Emergency Evacuation Procedures

Conseco Fieldhouse crowd management personnel have been trained in emergency procedures and will assist guests with disabilities in the event of an evacuation. In most cases, guests will be directed to the nearest stairwell or landing.

Food, Beverages, and Concessions

Food, beverages and concessions are located throughout the Main Concourse, Club and Balcony Levels of the Fieldhouse. Most concession stands and restaurants in the Fieldhouse offer Braille and large print menus are available upon request.

Restrooms and Unisex Restrooms

Accessible restrooms are located on all levels of Conseco Fieldhouse, most being located near the corners of the facility. Unisex restrooms are located on the Founder’s Level near the corners of the building and on the Main Concourse near Section 3.

Security Department

For security needs, please contact the nearest security officer, usher or Guest Relations representative.

Sign Language Interpreters

Guests who require interpreting services for any Fieldhouse event should contact the Accessibility Coordinator at (317) 917-2734 at least two weeks prior to the event. Please give the day, date, time of the event you are attending, as well as the seat location and the number of hearing impaired guests in your party.

Telephones- TTY Machines

TTY telephones are located on all levels of Conseco Fieldhouse. Please contact Guest Relations for assistance with onsite questions or concerns.

Disability Seating

Disabled guests have access to seating throughout the fieldhouse in varied price ranges. Seats are sold with one companion seat through Ticketmaster. Exceptions may be granted through the Fieldhouse Box Office, space permitting. This seating allows the disabled guests an enhanced view, even when others are standing. In addition to wheelchair locations, modified aisle seats are also available. For more information please contact the Accessibility Coordinator at (317) 917-2734. For specific seating availability please contact the nearest Ticketmaster outlet or visit to the Conseco Fieldhouse Box Office.They will facilitate your ticket purchases.

Will Call Window

The Will Call Window is part of the Conseco Fieldhouse Box Office and is located in the Clarian Health Entry Pavilion at the north end of the floor.
