Advanced Ticket Sales

Located in the Clarian Health Entry Pavilion, the Conseco Fieldhouse Box Office is open Monday-Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Box Office is open later on evenings and some Sundays when events are scheduled.

  • During Events: Tickets for future events may be purchased anytime the Box Office is open. On event days, the Box Office will usually open at least two hours before the event starts. Call (317) 917-2727 in advance for actual times.

Alcohol

Indiana Alcoholic and Tobacco Commission (ATC) governs service of all alcoholic beverages in Conseco Fieldhouse. For your safety and to maintain compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations regarding alcohol consumption, Pacers Sports & Entertainment asks that you adhere to the following:

  • Bringing alcoholic beverages into Conseco Fieldhouse is illegal and strictly prohibited.
  • Alcoholic beverages purchased in Conseco Fieldhouse may not be removed from the building.
  • Alcoholic beverages taken from suites must be poured into plastic cups.
  • By law, minors (under the age of 21) are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages.
  • When consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed in the seating bowl, a maximum of two alcoholic beverages per person may be ordered at one time from the waiter/waitress.
  • Pacers Sports & Entertainment, Levy Restaurants and persons serving alcoholic beverages reserve the right to check for proper identification and refuse service to persons under age 21 or to those who appear to be intoxicated. It is unlawful to serve alcoholic beverages to a visibly intoxicated person.

 

Some events may be designated as “non-alcohol” events, meaning no alcohol will be served (Suites may or may not be affected). To determine the alcohol policy in advance, call (317) 917-2500.

Courtesy Ride Program presented by AAA Hoosier Motor Club

If you think you need a ride home and do not have a designated driver, stop by Guest Relations located on the Balcony Level or Main Concourse. A taxi ride home can be arranged free of charge, courtesy of AAA Hoosier Motor Club. Rides are limited within a 20 mile radius of Conseco Fieldhouse.

Animals

Only service dogs, either certified or in-training, will be permitted in Conseco Fieldhouse. All other animals are prohibited.

Anniversary Celebrations

Two Party Suites with a capacity for 50 people and two Executive Suites with a capacity for 20 people, along with food and support services are available. There are other accommodations for smaller or larger functions. For more information, call (317) 917-CLUB or Single-Event Suites.

 

Automatic Teller Machines (ATM)


ATMs are located on three levels of Conseco Fieldhouse for your convenience.

  • Clarian Health Entry Pavilion: Next to the Box Office on the Pennsylvania Street side.
  • Main Concourse: Section 19 (near Coors Light Silver Bucket Bar) and Section 2
  • Balcony Level: Next to the Finish Line Pavilion/Section 211.

Autographs

When autograph sessions are scheduled for players or other celebrities, the public will be notified in advance, and guidelines will be given at that time.

When soliciting autographs independently, please obey the direction of the building staff and security.

Special requests must be made in writing on the requesting organization’s original letterhead and submitted to the respective Community Relations Department at least six weeks prior to the date needed. Be sure to include the specific details of your request, and mail to:

Baby-Care Stations

  • Changing Tables: Placed in women’s, men’s, and unisex restrooms.
  • Strollers: Non-collapsible strollers may be checked in at Guest Relations on the Main Concourse by Section 19. Collapsible units may be placed underneath the seats. See building staff for assistance.
  • Lounge Areas: Contact Guest Relations for the location nearest you.
  • Breast Feeding: Facilities are set aside in specific areas; please contact the nearest Guest Relations representative for assistance.

 

The Locker Room Restaurant

Located on the Event Level, this high-energy restaurant and bar is available to Suite, Courtside Ticket Holders, and Sponsors during every Pacers and Fever home game. The The Locker Room Restaurant is also available for private functions. Managed by Levy Restaurants, this unique restaurant offers something for every appetite, from exciting new gourmet dinner entrées to mouthwatering burgers, freshly tossed salads and hand-carved sandwiches. Complement your meal with a selection from the fully-stocked bar, complete with an extensive list of premium cocktails, imported and domestic beers and wines by the bottle or glass. Top everything off with a signature dessert and some heartfelt hospitality and you’ve got an unforgettable dining experience. Birthday Celebrations

Boomer/Bowser/Freddy Fever

Boomer and Bowser are the official mascots for the Pacers while Freddy Fever leads the cheers as the official mascot for the Fever.

These fan-favorite characters can be seen at every home game. These lovable and extremely popular characters also make wonderful souvenirs. Whether on a T-shirt or in the form of a stuffed-doll or a cookie jar they make the perfect gift. They are sure to charm their way into your heart. They also make outside appearances for business meetings, sponsor appearances, birthday parties, etc. To book a mascot for your next event, call (317) 917-2500.

Boomer's Buddies

Boomer has created a plan to assist parents with children who may wander off. Boomer's child identification wristbands are available at Conseco Fieldhouse events. Prior to attaching these wristbands to the child, the bands are updated with the seat location that appears on the adult's/child's event ticket. Boomer's Buddies Wristband is a free in-house service. To register your child, visit Guest Relations on any level.

Bottles and Cans

For the safety of our patrons, glass bottles and cans from concession stands are not permitted inside the seating bowl. For some events, plastic drink containers from concessions will be poured into a disposable container. All bottle caps will be removed from all sold beverages at all times.

Bus service to and from Conseco Fieldhouse is available. The hours the last bus will vary with each route. Contact IndyGo for scheduling information, including Open Door service for the disabled, at (317) 635-3344 or www.indygo.net.

Camera/Video Equipment

"Still" cameras are permitted at Pacers and Fever games. League rules prohibit video cameras. During other events this policy may vary, and guests may be asked to check such items at Guest Relations in the Clarian Health Entry Pavilion. If the item is checked, guests are responsible to retrieve their personal item within 30 minutes following the conclusion of the event, as is noted on the claim check.

Carry Ins

No food or beverages from outside sources are to be brought into Conseco Fieldhouse.

Child Care

Should your child get separated from you, notify the nearest usher, police officer or Guest Relations representative.

Changing tables are located in women's, men's, and unisex restrooms.

Non-collapsible strollers may be checked at Guest Relations located on the Main Concourse. Collapsible units may be placed underneath the seats. Contact a Guest Relations representative for further assistance.

Children's Tickets

Children under 24 months of age do not need a ticket for Pacers and Fever games. Requirements for other Conseco Fieldhouse events may vary. For more information, contact the Conseco Fieldhouse Box Office at (317) 917-2727.

Disabled Guest Services

 

There are over 100 points of sale. These include Starbucks, Ritter’s Frozen Custard, Hardee’s and many others.

Conseco Fieldhouse takes special pride in its efforts to meet the needs of all guests. The Fieldhouse meets, and in most cases, exceeds the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. These are some of the services available to our disabled guests:

  • Assisted Listening Devices: Available upon request. For details see the nearest Guest Relations representative. Advanced notice is requested to insure availability.
  • Drop Off: Located on Conseco Court, immediately north of the Clarian Health Entry Pavilion. Conseco Court is a one-way street eastbound off of Pennsylvania Street. It exits onto Delaware Street. No parking is allowed.
  • Interpreters: Available with a two-week advanced notice. Call (317) 917-2734 with the event date and time for which you will need the service after you have purchased your ticket, as the specific seating information will be necessary to secure the service. The names of the guests needing the service and a telephone number or e-mail address will also be beneficial to secure an appropriate interpreter.
  • Restrooms: Conseco Fieldhouse is generously equipped with accessible facilities on all levels. All restrooms are adapted for service to disabled patrons.
  • Seating: Contact the nearest usher for assistance. Wheelchair locations and modified aisle seats with ample room are available throughout the Fieldhouse. Seating is dispersed both vertically and horizontally.
  • Telephones TDD/TTY: Located on all levels of the building.

Donation Requests

The Pacers and Fever Community Relations Departments make donations to not-for-profit organizations only. Generally, donations are not made to individuals except in the cases of terminally ill children referred by the Indiana Children’s Wish Fund and/or the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

All requests must be made in writing on the requesting organization’s original letterhead and submitted to the respective Community Relations Department at least six weeks prior to the date of the event.

The supply of available merchandise in comparison to the number of requests received makes it necessary for the Community Relations Department to make only one donation of one item to any organization within any given season. Every effort is made to fill the specific requests of organizations; however, pending availability, the Community Services Coordinator reserves the right to make the final determination on the donated item(s).

Drop Off Area

Disabled guests may use the designated Disability Drop Off area located on Conseco Court. No parking is allowed. Conseco Court is a one-way street eastbound from Pennsylvania Street.

Elevators

Public elevators are located in the northeast quadrant of the building on each level.

Emergency Call Registration

Guests expecting emergency phone calls may register with a Guest Relations representative for notification of the call. When registering, guests should leave their name, seat location and/or cell phone number.

Employment

Part-time employment opportunities are available at Conseco Fieldhouse. Most of the part-time job opportunities are evenings and weekends when events are scheduled. To review a list of full-time or part-time job openings call the job line at (317) 917-2558 or Jobs

Escalators

Located on the Main Concourse and Balcony Levels on the Delaware Street and Pennsylvania Street sides of the Fieldhouse, and at the bridge from the Virginia Avenue Garage to the Clarian Health Entry Pavilion.

Evacuation

Conseco Fieldhouse crowd management personnel have been trained in emergency procedures and will assist guests with disabilities in the event of an evacuation. In most cases, guests will be directed to the nearest stairwell or landing.

First Aid

First aid stations are located on each level of Conseco Fieldhouse. Guests can find the telephone number of the nearest first aid station on the black house telephones located around the building. The stations are located:

  • Event Level near Section 3
  • Main Concourse near Section 7
  • Balcony Level near Section 204

Emergency situations should be reported to the nearest usher, security guard or Guest Relations representative.

Gift Shop

Located on the northwest side (Pennsylvania Street side) of Conseco Fieldhouse, the 10,000-square foot Home Court is the official gift shop of the Pacers and Fever. Guests can find the latest in fashionable Pacers and Fever merchandise, amongst others, at reasonable prices. Major credit cards and checks are accepted. During events, several merchandise stands are also located throughout the building. The retail space also includes Coors Light Silver Bucket Bar and a Starbucks and participatory events for fans of any age. Fans can also check out the 12-foot tall Boomer and an 18-foot-in-diameter rotating basketball.

The gift shop is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and during specific events. The gift shop is closed on Sundays on non-event days. Call (317) 917-2755 to confirm store hours.

Guest Conduct

PS&E is committed to providing a fun, entertaining, exciting and safe environment for all guests. Those guests interfering with the event or causing offense to other guests may be asked to leave the building and may be subject to prosecution. Any bags/items brought into the building are subject to inspection and the building policy. The camera policy will vary with each event. Lost Children

Parents are encouraged to register their child at the nearest Guest Relations and receive a Boomer’s Buddies wristband (see Boomer’s Buddies). If your child has been lost, visit the nearest Guest Relations for further assistance.

Lost and Found

Any items found in the building will be turned in to the Guest Relations located on the Event Level. Any unclaimed items will be discarded after 30 days. Call (317) 917-2979 for more information about lost items.

Marriage Proposals

Have you always dreamed of proposing to your girlfriend or boyfriend at a Pacers or Fever game? Now you can make a proposal of a lifetime in front of more than 18,000 guests at Conseco Fieldhouse. A $200 tax-deductible donation to Pacers Foundation, Inc. will get your personal message in lights on the center scoreboard at Conseco Fieldhouse during Pacers or Fever home games; while a $225 tax-deductible donation to Pacers Foundation includes your message and a color photo of your proposal as it appears on the scoreboard. Limited space restricts your message to two lines, with a maximum of 15 spaces per line. All reservations must be received at least two (2) business days prior to the day of the requested game, but make your request early as there is a maximum of 12 greetings per game. Parking

Parking is available within walking distance of Conseco Fieldhouse throughout the downtown area. If you would like specific information related to bus parking near the Fieldhouse, contact Denison Parking at (317) 916-1760.

Pepsi Square

Located on the Balcony Level of Conseco Fieldhouse, Pepsi Square can serve as gathering spot or dining area during most events. Stop by and take a look at the thousands of basketball cards on display featuring former and current Pacers’ players, amongst many basketball stars with Indiana connections.

Police/Security

The Indianapolis Police Department, the Marion County Sheriff’s Department and other security staff will be on duty throughout the building and on the grounds during event times. If assistance is needed, notify security staff immediately.

Programs

Programs for most events are available at the Home Court and other locations located around the Fieldhouse. Locations may differ with each event. Consult a Guest Relations representative for the nearest point of sale.

Parent Waiting Areas

Depending on the event, there may be a designated area for those bringing children but not attending the event. For location information, call (317) 917-2500.

NBA Fan Code Of Conduct
 

The National Basketball Association, Indiana Pacers, and Conseco Fieldhouse are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable sports and entertainment experience. NBA fans have a right to expect an environment where:

  • Players respect and appreciate each and every fan.
  • Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all arena and team personnel.
  • Guests will enjoy the basketball experience free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
  • Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
  • Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested.
  • Guests who engage in fighting, throwing objects or attempting to enter the court will be immediately ejected from the game.
  • Guests will smoke in designated smoking areas only.
  • There will not be any obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing.
  • Guests will comply with requests from arena staff regarding arena operations and emergency response procedures.
  • Guests will also be responsible for their own good time by reporting inappropriate behavior.

The arena staff has been trained to intervene where necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard or guest services staff member. Guests who choose not to adhere to these provisions will be subject to ejection without refund, and revocation of season tickets and may also be in violation of city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.

Security
 

Everyone is subject to a variety of inspection types when entering the Fieldhouse. All bags will be inspected and all bags larger than 16”x16” will not be allowed. In addition, weapons of any type, including chains, spikes, or any other item that may be deemed by PS&E as a safety or security issue, are not permitted inside the ticketed area.

Season Ticket Holders
 

PS&E assigns one Premium Services Manager or Ticket Services Coordinator to every Season Ticket Holder account. If Season Ticket Holders have questions, need additional tickets, invoice questions, wish to schedule a meeting or other special request they may do so by calling their service person or the Season Ticket Holder Hotline at (317) 917-2525.

  

Single-Event Suites
 

A limited number of Executive and Party Suites are available for certain Conseco Fieldhouse events. These Single-Event Suites come in two sizes. Located on the private Krieg DeVault Club Level, the Executive Suites comfortably accommodate 20 guests; while the Party Suites, accommodate up to 50 guests. Executive and Party Suites offer the perfect setting for special client outings, corporate/ employee events, holiday parties and special get-togethers with friends and family. Smoking Policy

Conseco Fieldhouse is a smoke-free building. Outdoor terraces for those guests wishing to smoke are located on the east and west sides of the Main Concourse, Krieg DeVault Club Level and Balcony Level.

Souvenirs

Souvenir stands are located throughout Conseco Fieldhouse during Pacers and Fever games.

  • Main Concourse: northwest quadrant (Home Court), near Finish Line Court and the south end near Legends presented by Bright House Networks
  • Krieg DeVault Club Level: northeast quadrant near the Varsity Club presented by UPS
  • Balcony Level: southeast and southwest quadrants

Depending on the event, portable units may also be set up at various locations. To locate a souvenir stand nearest you, contact a Guest Relations representative.

  


Speakers Bureau
 

PS&E front office personnel are available for speaking engagements, lunch meetings and other functions. Players, mascots and members of the dance teams are also available for personal appearances and community events for a nominal fee. For more information, call (317) 917-2500.

  

Starbucks Coffee Shop
 

Starbucks is located in the northwest quadrant of Conseco Fieldhouse, on street level, adjacent to Home Court. Starbucks serves its famous cappuccino, espresso and pastries. The coffee shop is open to the general public during non-event times. For more information, call (317) 917-0118.

  

Strollers
 

Non-collapsible strollers may be checked at Guest Relations located on the Main Concourse. Collapsible units may be placed underneath the seats. Contact a Guest Relations representative for further assistance.

  

Suite Rental
 

A limited number of Executive and Party Suites are available for certain Conseco Fieldhouse events. These rental suites come in two sizes. Located on the private FedEx Level and Krieg DeVault Club Level, the Executive Suites comfortably accommodate 20 guests; while the Party Suites, located on the Krieg DeVault Club Level, accommodates up to 50 guests. Executive and Party Suites offer the perfect setting for special client outings, corporate/employee events, holiday parties and special get-togethers with friends and family. Taxis
 

Taxicab service is available in the Indianapolis downtown area. Yellow Cab offers taxi services for wheelchair clients and may be contacted at (317) 487-7777. For assistance, contact a Guest Relations representative.

  • Group: Groups of 20+ can purchase discounted tickets for some events including all Pacers and Fever home games.

The Varsity Club Presented By UPS
 

This full-service restaurant offering an upscale dining experience is located on the north end of the Krieg DeVault Club Level. Managed by Levy Restaurants it is open to Suite Holders and Club Seat Licensees during all Pacers home games and other selected events. It is also available on a walk-up/space-available basis for other Season Ticket Holders. For other events The Varsity Club presented by UPS may be open to the general public.


Reservations can be made by calling (317) 917-3577 between 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Reservations are not required for bar, but capacity is limited. Only Suite, Legends and Club Seat Members may dine on the rail during game time. A special menu is av
