Advanced Ticket Sales

Located in the Clarian Health Entry Pavilion, the Conseco Fieldhouse Box Office standard hours are Monday-Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • On event days, the Box Office will usually open at least two hours before the event starts. Call (317) 917-2727 in advance for actual times.
  • Telephone Orders  via Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000 or TDD at (800) 943-4327.
  • For internet purchases use Ticketmaster.com.

Alcohol

Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission (ATC) govern the sale and use of alcoholic beverages in Conseco Fieldhouse. To maintain compliance and for the safety of our guests Pacers Sports & Entertainment asks that you observe the following:

  • By law, minors (under the age of 21) are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages.
  • Bringing alcoholic beverages into Conseco Fieldhouse is illegal.
  • Alcoholic beverages purchased in Conseco Fieldhouse must be consumed inside the building.
  • Alcoholic beverages taken from suites must be poured into plastic cups.
  • When the sale and use of alcoholic beverages is allowed, a maximum of two alcoholic beverages per person may be purchased per sale.
  • It is unlawful to serve alcoholic beverages to a visibly intoxicated patron.
  • Pacers Sports & Entertainment, Levy Restaurants and persons serving alcoholic beverages reserve the right to check for proper identification and refuse service to persons under age 21 or to those who appear to be intoxicated.

 

Alcoholic beverages may not be available at all Conseco Fieldhouse events (Suites may or may not be affected). To determine the alcohol policy in advance, call (317) 917-2500.

Courtesy Ride Program presented by AAA Hoosier Motor Club

The AAA Hoosier Motor Club has joined forces with the Indiana Department of Criminal Justice to assist those guests that do not have a designated driver.  If you are traveling within a 20 mile radius of Conseco Fieldhouse and need assistance, please report to the nearest Guest Relations desk and request a courtesy ride home.  

Animals

Only service dogs, either certified or in-training, will be permitted in Conseco Fieldhouse. All other animals are prohibited.

Suite Rentals

Party Suites with a capacity for fifty (50) people and Executive Suites with a capacity for twenty (20) people, along with food and support services are available. There are other accommodations for smaller or larger functions. For more information, call (317) 917-CLUB or Single-Event Suites.

Automatic Teller Machines (ATM)


Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards are accepted at concession and merchandise stands.  However, for convenience ATM cards are located as indicated:

  • Clarian Health Entry Pavilion: Next to the Box Office on the Pennsylvania Street side.
  • Main Concourse: Section 2 and Section 19 
  • Balcony Level: Section 211.

Autographs

When public autograph sessions are scheduled for players or other celebrities, it will be announced through the media in advance, and guidelines will be given at that time.

When soliciting autographs independently, please obey the direction of the building staff and security.

Special requests from non profit organizations must be made in writing on the non profit organization’s original letterhead and submitted to the respective Community Relations Department at least six weeks prior to the date needed. Please include the specific details of your request, and mail to:

Baby-Care

  • Boomers Buddies:  Sponsored by AAA Hoosier Motor Club, is an identification bracelet to write parent’s seat location and cell phone number, in case the child gets separated.  They are available at any Guest Relations desk.
  • Changing Tables: Are in the disability stalls of both the women’s and men’s restrooms.
  • Strollers: Collapsible units may be stored beneath you assigned seat(s). Non-collapsible units may be checked in at Guest Relations. See building staff for assistance.
  • Lounge Areas: Contact Guest Relations for the location nearest you.
  • Breast Feeding: Please contact the nearest Guest Relations representative for assistance.
  • Family Restrooms:  For your convenience, there also available “on the corners” of the building.  See staff for direction.
  • Lost Child:  A procedure is in place to assist you.  Please report to the nearest Guest Relations location or contact the nearest Fieldhouse staff person for assistance.

 

The Locker Room Restaurant

Located on the Event Level, this high-energy restaurant and bar is available to Suite, Courtside Ticket Holders, and Sponsors during every Pacers home game. During Fever games it is open to the ticketed public.  The Locker Room Restaurant is available for private functions. Managed by Levy Restaurants, this unique restaurant offers something for every appetite. From exciting new gourmet dinner entrées to mouthwatering burgers, freshly tossed salads and hand-carved sandwiches, it’s dining for the hardiest appetite. Complement your meal with a selection from the fully-stocked bar, complete with an extensive list of premium cocktails, imported and domestic beers and wines by the bottle or glass. The ultimate delight is a selection from Levy’s signature dessert and hospitality that creates an unforgettable dining experience.  The Locker Room Restaurant opens one and one half hours before tipoff. Make your next event one to remember…hold it in The Locker Room Restaurant! Special Celebrations

Celebrate with us! We have suites Party Suites that will accommodate up to 50 in an intimate setting, and quality food options catered by Levy Restaurants, who will also provide support services.  There are other accommodations for smaller or larger functions. Boomer/Freddy Fever

Boomer is the official mascot for the Indiana Pacers, while Freddy Fever leads the cheers as the official mascot for the Indiana Fever.

These lovable and extremely popular characters also make wonderful souvenirs. Whether on a T-shirt or in the form of a stuffed-doll or a cookie jar; the Home Court gift shop has a replica for you.   Both mascots also make outside appearances for business meetings, sponsor appearances, birthday parties, etc. To book a mascot for your next event, call (317) 917-2500.

Boomer's Buddies:

Sponsored by AAA Hoosier Motor Club, this is an identification bracelet to write parents’/responsible party seat location and cell phone number, in case the child or disabled guest gets separated from them.  This is beneficial for both children and special needs guests as well.  Boomer's Buddies Wristband is a free in-house service. To register your child, visit Guest Relations on any level.

Bottles and Cans

For the safety of our patrons, glass (and sometimes plastic) bottles and cans are not permitted inside the seating bowl, contents will be poured into paper containers. Additionally, bottle caps will be removed at all times.

Bus Service

Indygo service to and from Conseco Fieldhouse is available. The schedule will vary with each route. Contact IndyGo for scheduling information, including Open Door service for the disabled, at (317) 635-3344 or www.indygo.net.

Camera/Video Equipment

Pacers/Fever Basketball and other NBA/WNBA events:

NBA policy strictly prohibits the use of still photos or video footage for commercial purposes without the express written approval of the NBA head office.

Non-professional still cameras (digital or film) are allowed at Pacers and Fever basketball games in Conseco Fieldhouse. Non-professional lenses are generally defined as lenses less than 6 - 8” in length, and black in color. Professional cameras (generally defined as a camera with a detachable lenses longer than 6 – 8”, or large lenses that are dark grey in color) are PROHIBITED.  

Video cameras, and taking of video with other devices, are prohibited. We reserve the right to disallow cameras that, in the opinion of management will be used to produce professionally marketed images. 

Tripods and other equipment that could pose a tripping hazard are not permitted.

Standing or positioning oneself in order to take pictures in a manner that obstructs the view or enjoyment of the event by others is not permitted.

 

All Other events:

The above policy represents the general camera/video policy for events at Conseco Fieldhouse. Camera policies may vary for other events in Conseco Fieldhouse. Promoters of these events may further restrict camera and video policy. Conseco Fieldhouse management will enforce the camera policies of these events. Guests can call the Fieldhouse at 317-917-2500 to find out the camera policy for select events in advance.

Tripods and other equipment that could pose a tripping hazard are not permitted.

Standing or positioning oneself in order to take pictures in a manner that obstructs the view or enjoyment of the event by others is not permitted.

Guests may be asked to either return prohibited cameras to their vehicle or check them at no cost at the Guest Relations desk in the Clarian Health Entry Pavilion. Guests are asked to retrieve their checked item within 30 minutes following the conclusion of the event.

 

Carry Ins

Food or beverages from outside sources are will not be allowed into Conseco Fieldhouse.  Restricted items/packages should be returned to your vehicles before entering.

 

Children's Tickets

Children under 24 months of age do not need a ticket for Pacers and Fever games. Requirements for other Conseco Fieldhouse events may vary. For more information, contact the Conseco Fieldhouse Box Office at (317) 917-2727.

Concessions

There are over 100 points of sale, to include Starbucks, Ritter’s Frozen Custard, Hardees, Quick Lube, Danoto’s Pizza, and many others.

 

Conference Space

Unique meeting facilities are available for groups of all sizes. Schedule your meeting and attend the game ver.   To get your game night tickets and reserve your meeting space, call (317) 917-2500.

Courtesy Ride Program presented by AAA Hoosier Motor Club

If you think you need a ride home and do not have a designated driver, stop by Guest Relations located on the Balcony Level or Main Concourse. A taxi ride home can be arranged free of charge, courtesy of AAA Hoosier Motor Club. Rides are limited within a 20 mile radius of Conseco Fieldhouse.

Disabled Guest Services

Conseco Fieldhouse takes special pride in its efforts to meet the needs of all guests. The Fieldhouse meets, and in most cases, exceeds the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. To request a Disability Guide outlining the services for those in need, please call (317) 917-2500 or make your request online at bjbrown@pacers.com

Following is a short list of services:

  • Assisted Listening Devices: Available upon request. For details see the nearest Guest Relations representative. Advanced notice is requested to insure availability.
  • ASL Interpreters: Available with a two-week (minimum) advanced notice. Call (317) 917-2734 with the event date and time for which service is requested.  Specific seating information (as printed on your ticket) will be necessary to secure the service. The names of the guests needing the service and a telephone number or e-mail address will also be beneficial for follow up. Interpreter request can also be made via e-mail at bjbrown@pacers.com as well.   
  • Disability Drop-Off Point: Located on Conseco Court, immediately north of the Clarian Health Entry Pavilion. Conseco Court is a one-way street eastbound off of Pennsylvania Street. It exits onto Delaware Street. No parking is allowed.
  • Disability Seating: Contact the nearest usher for assistance. Wheelchair locations and modified aisle seats with ample room are available throughout the Fieldhouse. Seating is dispersed both vertically and horizontally.
  • Parking:  While Conseco Fieldhouse neither owns nor manages parking facilities, there are a number surrounding the building, each with a number of Handicap Parking spaces.  The Virginia Avenue Garage is on the northeast corner of the building, and has a bridge that stretches from the third floor of the garage to the building.  Once across, when doors open, guests can use the catwalk to access the elevator and all seating. 
  • Restrooms: Conseco Fieldhouse is generously equipped with accessible facilities on all levels. All restrooms are adapted for service to disabled patrons. Unisex/Family restrooms are also available.
  • Telephones TDD/TTY: Located the receptionist area on the Fed Ex Founders Level and Security Control on the event level.  See the nearest usher or Guest Relations staff person for assistance. 
  • Tickets:  Are available through Ticketmaster outlets or in person at the Fieldhouse box office.  If you are injured after the purchase of your tickers, please bring your ticket(s) to the Fieldhouse box office to see what options are available.
  • Wheelchairs:  Guests needing assistance (once inside the building) may go to the Guest Relations desk in the Clarion Health Entry Pavilion and request the service. A wheelchair will be summoned and made available to assist guests to and from their seats, on a first come first served basis. Wheelchairs are not available for loan or rental.   

Donation Requests

The Pacers and Fever Community Relations Departments make donations to not-for-profit organizations only. Generally, donations are not made to individuals except in the cases of terminally ill children referred by the Indiana Children’s Wish Fund and/or the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

All requests must be made in writing on the requesting organization’s original letterhead and submitted to the respective Community Relations Department at least six weeks prior to the date of the event.

The supply of available merchandise in comparison to the number of requests received makes it necessary for the Community Relations Department to make only one donation of one item to any organization within any given season. Every effort is made to fill the specific requests of organizations; however, pending availability, the Community Services Coordinator reserves the right to make the final determination on the donated item(s).

Drop Off Area

Disabled guests may use the designated Disability Drop Off area located on Conseco Court. No parking is allowed. Conseco Court is a one-way street eastbound from Pennsylvania Street.

Elevators

Public elevators are located in the northeast quadrant of the building on each level.  Escalators are also available.

Emergency Call Registration

Guests expecting emergency phone calls may register at any Guest Relations location.  When registering, guests should leave their name, seat location and cell phone number.

Employment

Escalators

For your convenience, escalators are located on the Main Concourse Krieg DeVault Club and Balcony Levels on the Delaware Street and Pennsylvania Street sides of the Fieldhouse, and at the bridge from the Virginia Avenue Garage to the Clarian Health Entry Pavilion.

Evacuation

Conseco Fieldhouse crowd management personnel have been trained in emergency procedures and will assist guests with disabilities in the event of an evacuation. See staff for assistance.

First Aid

First aid stations are located on each level of Conseco Fieldhouse. A well trained staff of event workers and trained medical staff in place to assist in an emergency situation during public events.  If you have a unique situation and will be attending an event, please call (317) 917-2734 in advance with details so we can pre-plan and make your stay with us uneventful.     

The stations are located:

  • Event Level near Section 3
  • Main Concourse near Section 7
  • Balcony Level near Section 204

Emergency situations should be reported to the nearest usher, security guard, Guest Relations or other staff for immediate follow up.

 

Gift Shop 

 

Located on the northwest side (Pennsylvania Street side) of Conseco Fieldhouse, the 10,000-square foot Home Court is the official gift shop of the Pacers and Fever. Guests can find the latest in fashionable Pacers and Fever merchandise, amongst others. Major credit cards are accepted. During events, several merchandise stands are also located throughout the building. The retail space also includes Coors Light Silver Bucket Bar and a Starbucks and interactives for fans of any age. There are two special attractions sure to bring amazement to fans of all ages:  the 12-foot tall Boomer and an 18-foot-in-diameter basketball.

The gift shop is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and during specific events. The gift shop is closed on Sundays on non-event days. Call (317) 917-2755 to confirm store hours.

Guest Conduct

PS&E is committed to providing a fun, entertaining, exciting and safe environment for all guests.

  • Those guests interfering with the event or causing offense to other guests may be asked to leave the building and may be subject to arrest and prosecution.
  • Any bags/items brought into the building are subject to inspection and the building policy. As a rule, bags size 16X16 are acceptable. Other bags may be refused entry. 
  • No weapons or any kind will be allowed in the building.  Knives, chains, lasers, or any other items that may be considered harmful will not be allowed inside.  Pacers Sports and Entertainment reserves the right to use it’s discretion concerning safety issues.
  • The camera policy (see Camera Policy) will vary with each event. For specific information pertaining to your event, call (317) 917-2500.

Lost Children/Person

Parents are encouraged to register children at the nearest Guest Relations desk and receive a Boomer’s Buddies wristband (see Boomer’s Buddies). If a guest is lost or separated from their group, please visit the nearest Guest Relations for further assistance.

Lost and Found

Any items found in the building will be turned in to the Guest Relations. Any unclaimed items will be discarded after 30 days or less as space requires. Call (317) 917-2979 for inquiries.

Meeting Space

Unique meeting, banquet or party facilities with upscale amenities and service are available. We can accommodate groups from two up, depending on your needs.  For more information, call (317) 917-2500.

NBA Fan Code of Conduct

The National Basketball Association, Indiana Pacers, and Conseco Fieldhouse are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable sports and entertainment experience.  NBA fans have a right to expect an environment where:

  • Players respect and appreciate each and every fan.
  • Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all arena and team personnel.
  • Guests will enjoy the basketball experience free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language and obscene gestures.
  • Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner.  Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
  • Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested.
  • Guests who engage in fighting, throwing objects or attempting to enter the court will be immediately ejected from the arena.
  • Guests will smoke in designated smoking areas only.
  • Obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing will not be permitted.
  • Guests will comply with requests from arena staff regarding arena operations and emergency response procedures.

The Fieldhouse staff has been trained to intervene when necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard, or guest services staff member. Guests who choose not to adhere to these provisions will be subject to ejection without

Pacers Foundation

Is the means by which Pacers Sports & Entertainment channels funds back in to the community we serve.  Supported solely by our corporate parent, we strongly believe that helping Indiana’s youth to make winning life choices requires all of us in the community to do our part. Therefore, we invite you to join us in this effort by making a financial contribution to Pacers Foundation and/or volunteering your time to help the non-profits we fund. In our view, the community’s greatest challenges necessitate the community’s best solutions. Parking

Parking is available within walking distance of Conseco Fieldhouse throughout the downtown area. If you would like specific information related to bus parking near the Fieldhouse, contact Denison Parking at (317) 916-1760.

Police/Security

Local uniform law enforcement officers and other security staff will be on duty throughout the building and on the grounds during event times. If you need assistance, notify security staff immediately.

Parent Waiting Areas

There may be a designated area for those bringing children but not attending some events. To determine availability and location information, please call (317) 917-2500.

Security

Guests entering Conseco Fieldhouse are subject to inspection. All bags will be inspected and all bags larger than 16”x16” will not be allowed. In addition, weapons of any type, including chains, spikes, pocket knives, or any other item that may be deemed by PS&E as a safety or security issue, are not permitted inside the ticketed area.

A Ticket Service Executive is assigned to every Season Ticket Holder’s account. Season Ticket Holders may contact them directly to address any concerns, purchase additional tickets, address invoice questions, schedule a meeting or for any other special request.  To contact your service person, please call (317) 917-2500, or call the Pacers Season Ticket Holder Hotline at (317) 917-2525. Single-Event Suites

A limited number of Executive and Party Suites are available for some Conseco Fieldhouse events. These Single-Event Suites come in two sizes. Located on the private Krieg DeVault Club Level, the Executive Suites comfortably accommodate 20 guests; while the Party Suites, accommodate up to 50 guests. Executive and Party Suites offer the perfect setting for special client outings, corporate/ employee events, holiday parties and special get-togethers with friends and family. Smoking Policy

Conseco Fieldhouse is a smoke-free building. Outdoor terraces for those guests wishing to smoke are located on the east and west sides of the Main Concourse, Krieg DeVault Club Level and Balcony Level.

Souvenirs

Souvenir stands are located throughout Conseco Fieldhouse during Pacers and Fever games.

  • Main Concourse: northwest quadrant (Home Court) across from section 19 , near the Practice Court on the northeast quadrant at Section 2, and the south end near Legends presented by Bright House Networks near section 14/15
  • Krieg DeVault Club Level: northeast quadrant near the Varsity Club presented by UPS
  • Balcony Level: southeast and southwest quadrants

For other events, portable units may also be set up at various locations. To locate a souvenir stand nearest you, contact a Guest Relations or Crowd Management representative.

 

 

Speakers Bureau

PS&E front office personnel are available for speaking engagements, lunch meetings and other functions. Players, mascots and members of the dance teams are also available for personal appearances and community events for a nominal fee. For more information, call (317) 917-2500.

 

Starbucks Coffee Shop

Starbucks is located in the northwest quadrant of Conseco Fieldhouse, on street level, adjacent to Home Court. Starbucks serves its famous cappuccino, espresso and pastries. The coffee shop is open to the general public during non-event times. For more information, call (317) 917-0118.

 

Strollers

Non-collapsible strollers may be checked at Guest Relations located on the Main Concourse. Collapsible units may be placed underneath the seats. Contact a Guest Relations representative for further assistance.

 

Suite Rental

A limited number of Executive and Party Suites are available for certain Conseco Fieldhouse events. These rental suites come in two sizes. Located on the private FedEx Level and Krieg DeVault Club Level, the Executive Suites comfortably accommodate 20 guests; while the Party Suites, located on the Krieg DeVault Club Level, accommodates up to 50 guests. Executive and Party Suites offer the perfect setting for special client outings, corporate/employee events, holiday parties and special get-togethers with friends and family. Taxis

Taxicab service is available in the Indianapolis downtown area. Yellow Cab offers taxi services for wheelchair clients and may be contacted at (317) 487-7777. For assistance, contact a Guest Relations representative.

  • Single-Game/Event: Pacers single-game tickets can be purchased by phone at (800) 4NBA-TIX.Tickets for all Conseco Fieldhouse events, including Pacers games, can be purchased at the Conseco Fieldhouse Box Office, all Ticketmaster locations, including the Internet (Ticketmaster.com), by phone at (317) 239-5151 or (800) 359-2525 (TDD), in addition to select state-wide Marsh stores.
  • Group: Groups of 20+ can purchase discounted tickets for some events including all Pacers and Fever home games.
  • Season: Full, half and mini season ticket packages for the Pacers and the Fever are available at various price ranges.

All group tours of Conseco Fieldhouse must be scheduled in advance. For more information, call (317) 917-2500. all tour proceeds benefit Pacers Foundation, Inc.

The Varsity Club Presented By UPS

Managed by Levy Restaurants, this full-service restaurant offers upscale dining. Located on the north end of the Krieg DeVault Club Level, it is available to Suite Holders and Club Seat Licensees during all Pacers home games and other selected events. It is also available on a walk-up/space-available basis for other Season Ticket Holders. For other events, during non Pacers/Fever games it may be open to the general public. 

Call (317) 917-3577 for reservations, between 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Reservations are not required for bar seating, but capacity is limited. Only Suite, Legends and Club Seat Members may dine on the rail during game time.  For your convenience during Pacers games, two seating options are available: Pre-game seating at one and one half hours prior to tip off.  This option features our Chef's Tables; and the second seating is at tip off. This option offers an ala carte menu and Chef's Tables.  A special menu is available for children under the age of 10.    Cash and major credit cards are accepted. Located in the Clarian Health Entry Pavilion, the Conseco Fieldhouse Box Office is open Monday-Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Box Office is open later on evenings and some Sundays when there are events scheduled.
