Premium & Ticket Services Intern Position

Number of Positions: 2 Fall, Spring and Summer Semesters

Position Summary: Interns in the Premium & Ticket Services Department will assist with premium ticket service events and activities including receptions/game night activities as well as help support the department's efforts in providing excellent services to all their premium seat holders. Interns in this area will also assist with formulating, planning, and implementing new ideas and work on any number of department related projects. Competency in Microsoft Excel is a must for this position.

Hours Required: 40 hours per week

What to Expect: These positions are unpaid and students must be receiving college credit. Criteria & Qualifications:

  1. Business; Sports Marketing or related Sales major
  2. Sales experience a plus
  3. Must be receiving college credit or be hired into a commission only sales position
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  5. Creative and outgoing self-starter
  6. Excellent organization skills
  7. Excellent computer skills

Responsbilities:

  1. Assist with Premium & Ticket Services activities and events including receptions and game night activities etc.
  2. Assist in brainstorming, planning and implementing ideas and proposals in the department
  3. Assist in other duties as needed
  4. Initiate
  5. Implement and complete a project which applies some knowledge of a problem or opportunity current confront the department
