Levy Restaurants
Levy Restaurants brings its signature of providing a high-quality restaurant experience in sports and entertainment venues to the premium dining at the Conseco Fieldhouse. Levy Restaurants oversees the premium operations for all events at the Fieldhouse, including the private clubs, Club Level and Suites, along with the private event catering.
 
Varsity Club, presented by UPS
Guests of the Varsity Club, presented by UPS will enjoy signature specialties via an à la carte menu and Chef's Table®, an interactive culinary component, bringing the sights and aromas of a bountiful display of appetizers, entrees and desserts. Featured menu items include Wood Grilled Mushrooms, Mustard Seared Tenderloin of Beef, Homemade Flat Breads, and "Prime" New York Strip Steak. The Locker Room Restaurants
Guests at The Locker Room Restaurants will enjoy casual fare such as Nachos Grandes and Jumbo Knockfurters as well as more contemporary items such as Smoked Salmon Martini, Chopped Salad and the Fieldhouse Peach Cobbler. Private Event Catering
The Levy Restaurants chefs will create a customized menu featuring award-winning specialties, from Bruschetta D'Pama to Seasoned Beef Tenderloin to an array of signature desserts. Perfect for breakfast meetings and new product launches to social celebrations and holiday parties, numerous locations are available throughout the new Conseco Fieldhouse, from the Varsity Club, presented by UPS to the arena floor.
